About these terms

Supporta is an early-stage project operated by its founding team: Bshara Habib, Yareen Hamdan and Francis Aboud. Supporta is not yet a registered company. In these pages, ‘Supporta’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ refer to that founding team.

These terms apply to the public website and restricted product-review materials. Please use them together with our Privacy Policy. A pilot, purchase, investment, Family account or other service may require separate arrangements. These website terms do not replace them.

A product in development

Supporta is a non-medical prototype under development. The website distinguishes current demonstrations, proposed capabilities and longer-term research. Demonstrations do not establish reliable detection accuracy, prediction of falls or prevention of injury. Product concepts and fictional app scenarios are labelled for that reason.

This website and its demonstrations do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, emergency monitoring or an emergency-response service. Do not rely on them to decide whether someone is safe or whether care is needed. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service. Discuss health and mobility decisions with a qualified professional.

Prices, plans and inquiries

Prices, funding objectives, timelines and market estimates describe plans or estimates, not guarantees. Future milestones depend on funding, development, evaluation and readiness. Letters of intent and support are described as such and do not by themselves establish completed sales or product validation.

Sending a form, receiving review access or speaking with the team does not complete a purchase, investment or pilot enrollment. Website content is not a binding offer to sell a product or securities, a promise of returns or personalized investment advice. Any transaction requires its own information, review and agreement.

Responsible use and private access

Use the site lawfully and provide information you are entitled to share. Do not impersonate others, submit malicious material, send spam, disrupt the service, evade access controls or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data or systems.

Use restricted materials only within the access granted to you. Do not share access credentials or republish private review materials without permission. We may limit or withdraw access to protect people, confidential material or the service. A password is an access control, not a substitute for a separately agreed confidentiality agreement.

Content and intellectual property

Website content, branding and materials belong to the Supporta founders or the respective owners and licensors. You may view public pages and share links to them. Other reuse, reproduction or commercial distribution requires permission unless applicable law allows it. Contact us for media or reuse requests.

Third-party names, logos and affiliations identify the relationships described alongside them. They do not imply broader endorsement. Do not send confidential inventions or another person’s private material through the general inquiry form. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your material to us.

Availability and applicable rights

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may change and interruptions or errors may occur. Confirm information that is important to a proposed transaction directly with the team. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party websites linked from our pages.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate signed agreements govern the activities they cover. Changes to these website terms will carry a revised date; they do not retroactively change a separate agreement.
